This is NOT a bed and breakfast.  This is a long-term rental of a room in my home with its own private entrance, a kitchenette with electric convection cooktop, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, tabletop dishwasher, hot/cold water dispenser, and fridge/freezer.  The renter would share a bathroom with other tenants.

This is at least a six-month rental.  You will be asked to read and sign a Rental Agreement and provide a copy of your Driver's License for a background check.

You may pay by the month or by the week through Venmo, Chime, or CashApp.  Monthly rental is $1,200.  Weekly rental is $275.  If paying by the month, the rent would be due by the first day of each month, no exceptions.  If paying by the week, the rent would be due each Sunday.
